Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how data is handled. Local-first storage does not mean zero risk: anyone with access to your device or Chrome profile may access extension storage. Protect your device.

Disclaimer of warranties

Orbi is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Orbi will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbi’s authors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of Orbi. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish revisions.
